December 18th:
We had an issue where a third party package update made it impossible to create new bookings / walk-ins. This was resolved in 11 minutes.
βOctober 28-29th
At 20:05 our hosting provider has a catastrophic failure in the hard drives we use to store bookings, affecting around 15% of venues and, in total, 342 bookings. Initially this fully removed those venues function to take and receive bookings along with all booking data.
Our backup and emergency procedures for this kicked in immediately. Within 20 minutes affected venues were able to make bookings again and by 21:20 full bookings had been restored.
