Using our Google sheets integration you can have your bookings synced to a Google sheets document, in real time. Any changes to a booking made inside of BookingNinja will trigger a change on the Google sheets document.

The information that is synced into the Google sheets document is:

Booking ID, Customer Name, Email, Phone, Session, Assigned Tables, Date & Time of Booking, How Many Guests, it's current Status (live / cancelled etc), the total of all payments received, any internal and external comments and when it was last updated.

The Google sheets sync is designed for quick analysis and reporting and as such some data such as allergy information is not included.

The sheet is a dynamic document, meaning if you make changes to the document they may be overwritten. If you want to do analysis on the sheet then you can create a new sheet and use referencing.

To setup your Google sheets sync head to all settings, advanced and then click 'Google Sheets Sync'. You'll then next to click the connection button.

You'll be taken to Google where you'll select which account you'd like the sheet generated on. The permissions requested are only to read and write the document that BookingNinja creates.

Once connected you'll be returned to BookingNinja. Once connected all future bookings will sync (and any changes to current bookings), however if you'd like to import all your current bookings simply hit the Sync button.
