BookingNinja runs entirely on the web. There's no app you need to install or update - you are always using the latest version!

If you ever need any advice on what hardware to pick up for your venue, ping us on chat and we'll be happy to help. Generally we'd recommend using BookingNinja on a tablet, laptop or PC, but we try to make most features usable on phones, too.

We understand that venues aren't likely to be using the latest hardware front of house, but we do need devices to be running the latest software to be able to provide support. Apple devices, in particular, need to be kept updated regularly.

For hardware, we have no absolute minimums, but of course, the newer the better - BookingNinja is a complex piece of software and the more memory your device has, the more pleasant the experience will be!

The above requirements are minimums for using the backend. For your customers using our booking forms, we do our best to support much older devices for as long as we can.
