The advanced view is currently in beta. This means it may not work as expected, might require a little more technical knowledge to use, and features may change often.
What is the advanced view?
Unlike the list view and the Gantt view, the Advanced view is not designed to be used day to day, but as a way to understand and manage your overall venue bookings in a more data-first format.
The advanced view is designed for you to view bookings in a more custom, table format, using your own defined filters.
The most common use for the advance view is sorting and filtering all your bookings by a factor other than date, such as session or booking state but it has many other uses.
Adding Filters
By default, the advanced view will show you all bookings, including those that are no longer live. These can be sorted ascending or descending, but can also be filtered, so you're dealing with a smaller data set.
To add a filter, click the add button.

Depending on the filter, different options will be available. Sometimes this will appear as plain text, and other times as mathematical symbols.
= Equal
!= Does not equal
> Greater Than >= Greater than or equal to When your happy with your filter, hit the "Apply" button to apply it to your data.
All filters work together.
So for example if you add a filter for guests above 5, and then another filter for no shows, and then another for your "upstairs" session, your view will only show you only show you bookings for which ALL the above are true.
Adding Views
Filters do not automatically save when you leave this page.
However, you can save a "view" which will save all filters in place, and reload that view any time. This can be very helpful if you want to use this view to show the same data every time.
⚠️ Views save filter, not data
Each time you reload a view, we apply the filters to your full booking data.
So if you add a view that shows every no show booking, when you reload that view later, the results will show will include all no shows at the time of reloading, not the no shows for when you saved the view.
