If you have an event, you may wish to have your venue exclusively for that event. To do so you'll create a venue closure.

​Head to Settings -> Closures

On this page you'll need to type in

Closure Name: This is just used internally.
Closure Date: What date does this closure take effect

From Time: Optional, if not provided it will be from opening
End Date: If the event is just one day, select the same date as closure.
End Time: Then optionally select what time on that day the events end.

Finally, and importantly, click "Advanced Optional Settings" and enable "Allow Events"

This will allow any events (non-repeating sessions) to book as standard, but close out the rest of your sessions.
