Updates to List View

List view will now show the internal notes button, but only if you have them enabled.

The "Back to today" button has also been moved to not pop-up in the middle of the previous/next days.

Updates to Gantt View - VISUAL ONLY

Gantt view now uses a slightly different colour scheme for the edit booking panel. Colours may vary depending on if you set your own session colours or not.

​Add new booking slot times - VISUAL ONLY

Slot times have changed so we use a background colour rather than changing the time itself to orange, green etc.

Settings layout changes

We've updated all settings across the site to our new design. There's too many to list here, but you don't need to edit or change any settings, everything is carried across to the new design. You can find a more comprehensive list of changes, removals and additions in the changelog. Some settings pages, such as look and feel, are still being moved to the new system but can be found here.

Updates to List View

We've made changes to list view to make it much more mobile friendly, and to match the mobile and desktop versions across the site.

All previous buttons in the top bar are now floating at the bottom:

From left to right, these icons are: Date picker, previous day, next day, add booking, add walk-in, print and search.

In order to use consistent icons across the site, we've updated the Gantt View button for "Add Walk In" to:

Add "Back to today" to:

​"Organisations" are now "Teams"

We've updated this feature to be much more user friendly. If you were already using the system, then permissions should have changed automatically, but please ping support if you are having any problems with other team members logging in.
